ABOUT DIANE HERBERT
Diane’s HR career has spanned a variety of industries and blue-chip companies including Channel 4 Television, The Walt Disney Company, Diageo, Motorola and BOC. She has been named as one of HR Director Magazine’s Most Influential HR Practitioners.
Diane has a strong track record in leading complex strategic change, both in growth and decline situations, including outsourcing, M&A, cost reduction, redundancy programmes, culture change, and organization redesign. Her career has spanned Europe, Middle East, Africa and the US, operating across cultures in multiple language (French, Spanish and Italian).
She is a fully qualified and experienced executive coach and mentor, NLP practitioner, accredited mediator and is qualified in a variety of psychometric tools including MBTI, ECI and StrengthScope.
She holds a BA (Hons) in Romance Languages, Literature and Linguistics, an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and is currently researching for a PhD in the psychology of creativity in organisations.
